Faith Journeys
is a non-profit based in Central Florida and we partner with churches and individuals who desire to live out their faith by serving globally. Whether you have a team already organized or need help knowing where to start, we want to walk alongside you to make a Kingdom impact.
We have 20 years of experience in International travel, leading missions, and partnering with local churches to make a sustainable difference in the countries where we partner. Our goal is to empower the body of Christ to demonstrate her faith by works and to make disciples of all nations.

Susan has been in the travel industry for over 19 years with experience in multi-cultural marketing, b2b travel, and partner negotiations. She left the marketplace 9 years ago to pursue missions and discipleship ministry and since then has been organizing and equipping volunteer teams to serve locally and globally. Prior to founding Faith Journeys, Susan worked alongside a non-profit based in Africa to learn what it takes to foster true partnership with NGO's around the world. Susan is first generation Colombian-American and she and Eric are happily married with five children. She has led and served on teams in South Africa, Ecuador, Ghana, and India. She also facilitates our women's retreats.
Eric served 8 years in the Air Force and over the years since has focused in Business Development and IT Security working in the Non-Profit sector and Mass Communications. He is a graduate of the Reinhard Bonnke School of Evangelism and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Christian Ministries from Liberty University. Above all, Eric has a passion for equipping others to represent Jesus in the world. He has volunteered with several local organizations and enjoys mentoring men in their journey with Christ. Eric has led and served on teams to South Africa, Ecuador, and Ghana and is our facilitator for men's retreats.
